Hi, I'm Katie, a yoga teacher and mum of three.

My yoga journey began 15 years ago and has supported me through many stages of life, from pregnancy and motherhood to the everyday challenges of balancing a busy family life. What started as a physical practice gradually became a valuable tool for finding calm, clarity, and balance.

I'm passionate about making yoga accessible and welcoming for everybody, regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or fitness level. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and easy to follow, creating a space where students can move at their own pace and feel comfortable exactly as they are.

Alongside my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I am also qualified in children's yoga and have worked with children aged 3–12, helping them develop confidence, coordination, and emotional regulation through movement and mindfulness.

I believe yoga isn't about perfect poses, it's about connecting with yourself, finding what feels good in your body, and leaving class feeling a little more grounded than when you arrived.

My favourite part of teaching yoga

Helping people feel comfortable, capable, and at ease in both their bodies and minds. Making myself and students giggle, life is already too serious!

What I'm powered by

Caffeine, connection, and calm.

A fun fact about me

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I trained as a mechanic and worked for Audi for 10 years. These days, my life is split between peaceful yoga spaces and muddy motocross race tracks!
