Arrival from 9:45 am with time for a drink and settling in

2pm Guided Garden Walk with the hall's gardener
3-5 pm Free Time to enjoy the gardens & pool (3-4 pm for the pool)
5pm - 6pm Yoga Nidra (Guided Deep Relaxation)
